If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable Taxes, if any, for which you are responsible will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total Cost.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The money received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation e-mail the money paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Return Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your Karimifineart product, you may return it within 14 days from the date of your purchase for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded and in case you have received a free shipping through the website or coupons the proper shipping cost will be reduced from the refunded amount.

Items returned must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Unless your item is received damaged, or there was an error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please follow the steps below to begin your return process: Enclose a copy of your invoice with the return package, ship your unused item back to us in its original packaging, return the package to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we have received your return, it can take 10-14 days for us to inspect, process and refund your purchase. After the return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process.
